Help with SideOut scoring, recording, device connections, memberships and account access.
Use the contact form to ask a question or report a problem. Include your device and a short description. Browse help and walkthroughs for accounts, calendars, notifications and club skills plans. Do not include passwords or private athlete footage.
Start a game
Choose Create new game. Enter jersey numbers, and optionally player names, or sign in to load an existing authorized team roster. Choose the starting six, rotation and serving team. Drag from the serving baseline to begin the set. Use the score controls or Catch up to adjust the score and rotation.
Connect two iPhones, two iPads or one of each
Devices connect by role. Choose Use as camera on one device and Use as coach dashboard on the other. Either an iPhone or an iPad can record. Keep both apps open with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. Allow Local Network access in Settings. Tap Connect devices to pair them. Calls and background interruptions may interrupt recording or the connection; return to both apps, check recording status and reconnect when needed.
Review video from stats
Tap a recorded statistic or action to review its matching moment. Playback requires saved footage and a valid video time. Stats logged without video remain useful but cannot play a recording that does not exist. Keep original footage until your backup is confirmed.
Manage your Apple subscription
Use Membership in the app to restore purchases or open subscription management. You can also open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple displays the price, trial eligibility, renewal date and cancellation controls. An eligible seven-day trial begins when you confirm the subscription with Apple. Unless canceled, it renews at the price shown in Apple's purchase sheet. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
Accounts, privacy and deletion
For access, export or deletion requests, contact support from your account email. Identify the account and the data involved. We may ask for information to verify your authority over team or athlete content. Do not send identity documents unless specifically needed and a secure method has been agreed. Separate Photos copies and downloaded files are controlled by you.
Feature availability
Coach covers the coach's local workflow. Team, Team Pro and Club add the features described at checkout when those memberships are available. AI Analysis is coming soon and is not included in these memberships. Skills Lab is a separate offering.
